On 25 May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will become law in the UK. This new regulation replaces the Data Protection Act and puts in place stronger protections for personal data.
But the law isn’t written, and lots of people are speculating about it. If you are the owner or manager of a small to medium size enterprise, you don’t have time to wade through the millions of words online, nor interpret the explanations given by the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
